Tune the three-part motion that already exists

This is the real captureCeremony from clarity-engine-v3 — the ripple → travel-up-wall → condense sequence that fires when the AI captures something a user said. All timing, keyframes, and colors come from motion/captureCeremony.ts and CaptureRipples.tsx.

Nothing here is invented. The sliders scale the real variables: speed (1× = 3000ms total), intensity (opacity multiplier), ring size (max expansion), and wall width.
