Development
- Development Kickoff
- Development Kickoff - Knowledge Transfer was written for BIX and Everett & Co.
- The team was staffed and calls were scheduled.
- MSA, SOW, and Addendum final agreements were executed and W9 received.
- SOC-II & Delve
- Initial onboarding call with Delve to go over the use case for both PreFi & Purlend. Still some details to work out around how tools and access are set up in the beginning, which affects which SOC-II audit runs under which name.
- Sent the access link to the platform but holding off for 30-60 days until development gets going and there is staging level code ($15,000 cost on platform access).
Design
- Design Kickoff
- Design Kickoff - Knowledge Transfer was written for BIX and Everett & Co.
- PSA with Everett & Co was executed and W9 received.
- Independent contractor agreement with Charlie was executed and W9 received.
This Week: What We're Focusing On
Development
- Kickoff on 3/10 and 3/11
- The team is getting up to speed on development and design documents and asking initial questions
Design
- Everett & Co. payment scheduled Monday for the initial invoice.
- Initial call with Everett and his partner scheduled for Wednesday
- Vinny (UI/UX resource from BIX) will be in attendance to ask questions around what can be delivered this week that won't result in duplication
- Staffing of Everett & Co. for the project should be finalized by Friday with a combined official kickoff with BIX and Charlie Friday or Monday, scheduling TBD until team is staffed
Shared Project Plan & Timeline
- Initial plan on team alignment has been pulled together for BIX & Everett & Co. (Bix & Everett Discovery Alignment)
- Finalized plan and roadmap will be produced after discovery kickoff
Internal Tooling & Infrastructure Setup
- Tools provisioned for BIX, will be provisioned for Everett once team is staffed:
- Roam: meeting, chat, and virtual office
- Atlassian Jira: product management
- Atlassian Confluence: product documentation
- GitHub: code repo
- Figma: design
- Additional tools will be implemented based on BIX's recommended stack
- Tools & Subscriptions: tracking tools and access

Risks / Watchouts
- Licensing & IP alignment risk: Any misalignment or delay in IP structure decisions may impact contracting timelines.
- Team coordination risk: Hybrid model (agency + internal + BIX UI) requires very clear ownership boundaries to avoid overlap or inefficiency. Working on this this week and next. Much more will be clear once Everett & Co. is staffed.
